Where do you source your stock?

We source our stock worldwide from suppliers.

If I bring some stuff in to show you would you buy?

Unfortunately, we do not buy that way but there are many other vintage stores that do.

How do you know if what you are getting is authentic vintage?

Most items are vintage but not from the era that they are designed to imitate. For example, a lot of 80’s dresses are styled to look like it’s from a 1920's or 1930's era.

How do you state if it is authentic vintage?

We normally state in the description which era it was made and in the attributes which era it was styled.


How should I care for my vintage items?

There are many ways you should care for your garments, so we've round up a few suggestions in our Upkeep guide.


How do you measure your clothes?

All our measurements are in our Vintage Size Guide. Including details on how we measure our clothes.


What about my orders?

How long do I have to return online items?

All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your items.

What's your return policy for buying items online?

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return any items then please inform us via email at orders@absolutevintage.co.uk within the 7 days.

Please return items using a traceable or insured method such as recorded delivery, or obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office, as we cannot refund for items which are lost on their way back to Absolute Vintage.

Goods must be returned in their original condition as they were posted complete with appropriate packaging and the original tags or stickers still attached. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt at Absolute Vintage. You will receive an email to confirm when we have processed your refund. We regret we are unable to refund postage charges for the despatch or return of items.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatching from Absolute Vintage.

How long do I have to return in-store items?

Unfortunately, we do not do returns or exchanges on in-store items.  We, however, endeavour to make sure that you are happy with your purchases, so if you’re not sure we would recommend you think about it and come back.


What about Gift Vouchers?

Unfortunately, we do not refund Gift Vouchers in any case as the hold a monetary value. Please see Terms and Conditions for more details.


I don't have a PayPal Account, how do I pay?  

You can pay via debit card or credit card through PayPal if you do the following; 

* Once you get to the Pay-Pal screen you can scroll down to Pay with a debit or credit card and then click.


*You will then be dropped down to a part where you can fill in your details for card payments.


*Then once filled in just click PAY

How do I apply for a job?

How do I play on one of your open mics?
