Where do you ship to?

UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 days. You should allow a further 2 days for UK delivery, 3 days for European Delivery and 5 days for an International delivery. Please note delivery may be delayed during the Christmas period.

How can I get my order quicker?

We offer Special Delivery for UK and Europe customers only. You can use this option by clicking basket and either logging into your account, or by using the guest checkout option. Please note that for Special Delivery you must purchase your order before 12.00pm (on the day, Monday-Friday Only), for your item to be posted within 24 hours.

What courier do you use?

For orders within the UK, Your items will be posted using Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery. Royal mail will get a signature from whoever receives the item, but bear in mind that this may not be the person named on the address label. If there's nobody available to sign for the item and the item is not collected or redelivery rearranged within seven calendar days, the item will be returned to us, with a note saying why they can't deliver it. If this happens we will contact you via email to determine if you want to cancel your order or the item redelivered. If you decide to cancel we will refund the cost of the item only. If you decide on a redelivery then the postage will have to be paid for again.

Orders to Europe and the rest of the world will be posted using Royal Mails International Signed For service. Your item is delivered to its destination by the registered postal service of that country. A signature will be taken at the delivery address (please note this will not necessarily be the addressee), which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letterbox. If no-one is available to sign for the item then it will be retained by the postal administration. for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee.

What's your return policy for buying items online?

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return any items then please inform us via email at orders@absolutevintage.co.uk and return the items to us within 7 days after receiving your order.

Please return items using a traceable or insured method such as recorded delivery, or obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office, as we cannot refund for items which are lost on their way back to Absolute Vintage.

Please note that we only refund for items purchased and not for delivery.

Goods must be returned in their original condition as they were posted complete with appropriate packaging and the original tags or stickers still attached. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt at Absolute Vintage. You will receive an email to confirm when we have processed your refund. We regret we are unable to refund postage charges for the despatch or return of items.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatching from Absolute Vintage.

What about Gift Vouchers?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges for Gift Vouchers.

What's your Return Policy for in-store items?

Unfortunately, all in-store purchases are final.

What's your Return Policy for online items picked up in-store items?

When an online item is collected in-store it would be treated as if it were an in-store purchase.

How much will shipping cost?

Our general shipping prices are based on per item cost:

£1, for Gift Vouchers

£4.50, for each pair of boots and shoes

£7.50 for each large/weekend bag or winter/large coat

£3.50 each, for all other items the UK


All items are sent as Second Class Recorded Delivery at no extra charge


All items are sent International Signed For at an extra cost of £8.00

Rest of the World

All items are sent International Signed For at an extra cost of £12.00
